Who It's For

For the person carrying Sunday at a small or mid-size church.

If any of these sound like you, this is the system you wish existed three years ago.

  • Volunteers rotate often, and most of them are capable people who don’t do this for a living.
  • You are the one they text when something goes sideways.
  • New volunteers shadow for weeks, then still feel unsure.
  • You have tried docs, Notion, binders, or screenshots, but no one opens them on Sunday.
  • If you step away for a week, stress goes up for everyone.
The Real Problem

Most churches don't have a volunteer problem. They have an it's-all-in-your-head problem.

One tech director told us he'd basically become the walking Wikipedia page for his church's entire tech setup. Every question ran through him. It wasn't that his volunteers were bad. It's that everything they needed lived in his head.

You don't need more tools. You need one place your team goes when they don't know what to do.

What SundayFlow Does

Make Sunday a system anyone can run.

Roles, checklists, SOPs, training videos, volunteer feedback, and service history, in one place built for Sunday morning.

Build the SOP

AI SOP Builder

Talk it through. The run sheet builds itself.

Record a quick voice memo of how you do sound check, stream setup, or ProPresenter prep. SundayFlow turns it into a step-by-step run sheet your volunteers follow. No blank page, no writing it all out.

Role Checklists with SOPs

Volunteers see only what's theirs.

Each role gets Setup, During, and Shutdown steps. Tap any step for the full how-to and a short video. They always know what's next, even on week one.

Sunday Mode

See the whole room at a glance.

Put it on a TV, an iPad, or the booth computer. Every role, every phase, and what still needs attention, live.

Also includes

  • Training Library: tutorials and SOPs grouped by topic.
  • Volunteer Feedback: notes tied to the role and step they were on.
  • Service History: a record of every Sunday, by role.
How a Sunday Feels

You're still leading. You're just not being pulled into every tiny decision.

  1. Before service

Volunteers scan a QR or open their role. They see today's checklist and what still needs to be done. You see the whole team's progress from one dashboard.

  2. During service

Something glitches. Instead of pulling you over, the volunteer taps the step, watches the attached video, or checks the troubleshooting note.

  3. After service

Roles finish Shutdown, leave quick notes if something felt off, and SundayFlow saves the snapshot so you know what to adjust before next week.

Fits With What You Use

SundayFlow doesn't replace the tools your church already relies on.

  • Planning Center

    Works alongside it for scheduling.

  • ProPresenter

Works with it, not instead of it.

  • Any modern browser

iPads, tablets, phones, or the booth computer.

Early Reactions

What teams said the first time they saw it.

Taking a lot of little things that people do and making it in one convenient section.

I can stop doing everything.

The one we didn't expect

Cross-ministry pull.

A kids ministry leader saw it running on an iPad and asked for it on the spot, before hearing anything about it.

How is this different from the Church Notion System?

The Church Notion System is the method. It's how you document each role and put your SOPs, tutorials, and answers in one place your team can pull up on Sunday. SundayFlow is that same system built as its own app, made for churches, with the AI that helps you build it baked in. It does what we always wished Notion could do, without the Notion.

Is this a replacement for Planning Center?

No. Planning Center is great for scheduling, service plans, and people. SundayFlow is where volunteers follow role checklists, find answers, and leave notes on Sunday. The two work alongside each other.

Do my volunteers need logins?

The goal is to keep volunteer access simple. Volunteers join from a QR code or invite flow, while leaders manage the team from an account. No app store install, no email required on the volunteer side.

Do I have to rebuild everything from scratch?

No. Start with one role, one checklist, and one or two videos. The AI SOP Builder can turn a voice memo or rough notes into something usable, so you're not staring at a blank page.

What does it cost?

SundayFlow is in early access, so pricing isn't public yet. We're shaping simple monthly plans around church team size and scope, and you'll know your rate before you commit.

When can we start?

We're bringing churches on as core features are finished and tested on real Sundays. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out when there's a spot open for you.

Will volunteers actually use it?

They check things off. They tap a 90-second video when they're stuck. Interactive checkboxes feel more satisfying than scrolling a doc nobody opens.
